About me

For more than thirty years I have worked on the border between management and culture: economist, consultant, managing director and professor, but also a philologist. Different perspectives that I have always tried to make work together.

The thesis running through everything I do is simple and uncomfortable: we will not make good use of artificial intelligence or new technologies unless we first reclaim the mental infrastructure — reason, attention, reading, writing — that lets us use them with judgement and humanity.
